This page explains how the Unit G website handles information you choose to share.

When you send an enquiry

We store your name, email address, selected service, message and the time of your enquiry in the salon’s private inbox. Authorised salon staff can read these details and use your email address to respond. Please avoid including sensitive personal or medical details in this form.

Bookings

Appointments are managed on Booksy. Following a booking link takes you to their website, where their own privacy information and terms apply. This website does not collect payment details or confirm appointments.

Photos

Only authorised salon accounts can upload photos. Photos published in the gallery are visible to everyone who can access the website. If you would like a photo of yourself removed, please contact Unit G.

Website services

This website is hosted through Sites and uses Cloudflare storage for enquiries and gallery images. Salon management uses ChatGPT sign-in. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers.

Contact and removal requests

You can contact Unit G to ask about information you have shared, to request correction or deletion of an enquiry, or to request removal of a photo. Contact us on Instagram.

Salon staff can permanently delete enquiry records and remove gallery photos from the management area.
